Participants in the My Best Year Challenge will receive an email to create their profile the week of December 26th, 2020. You will then be able to track your progress starting January 1st, 2021.
The best way to keep track of your activities is to find a calendar and write down what the activity mileage is each day. Fitness apps like Apple Health and wearables like Fitbit, Garmin, and Suunto watches are also a great way to track your daily mileage. Don’t forget to share with us through social media what you are doing to stay active!
